Gunung Setong atau turut dikenali sebagai Gunung Stong, terletak di daerah Dabong, dalam jajahan Gua Musang, Kelantan Malaysiamempunyai ketinggian setinggi 1,422 meter (4,664 kaki). Ia terletak di dalam Hutan Simpan Gunung Stong berhampiran dengan air terjun Jelawang.

Gunung Setong mempunyai hutan Dipterokarp Bukit, hutan Dipterokarp Atas, dan hutan Montane. Terdapat banyak flora di gunung ini yang mempunyai nilai perubatan.
